AMG Contracts is a privately owned company, founded in 2010. At AMG we aim to be the premier utilities and groundworks contractor in N.I with a number of projects across a wide range of sectors. AMG Contracts operate across the UK and Ireland.
About The Problem
Inspections were carried it on paper with the risk of being lost or damaged. This then had to be reproduced digitally to be sent to the clients in order to allow them to see the results of the inspections - this process was time consuming and left room for human error
OUR SOLUTION
Management System
K4 observed samples of inspections carried out by AMG and obtained copies of the paper records in order to develop digital forms. We then worked alongside the client to produce digital forms which would improve efficiency and remove as much human error as possible. These were then placed within an app develop specifically for the clients needs in order to allow access out on site. The data from these forms then feeds into a database and digital hub where a digital inspection certificate is produced and is viewable to AMG's team and their respective clients.

Deliverables
Within the completion of the main build project, the team at K4 delivered a management hub and inspection app which work in tandem with each other to improve efficiency and productivity. These digital systems are continuously monitored and evolve to meet the needs of the client to ensure it meets all of the clients needs. The inspection app is tailored to suit the employees who are out on site carrying out the inspections where the hub is tailored to meet the needs of the admin team and then in turn AMGs end clients.
