Elisa

Elisa is our Head of Organisational Learning and Performance, who comes from a construction background with a Higher Diploma in Safety, Health and Welfare from UCC. Elisa moved to Australia in 2008 where she gained experience in both commercial and residential high rise construction, as well as major infrastructure projects. She moved back to Ireland 4 years ago, and has since worked in construction fit out, pharma and healthcare settings, focusing on continual improvement, coaching for safer outcomes, and setting people up for success.

Something you didn’t know about Elisa is that she plays second row for Bantry Ladies RFC, and is a self professed art history nerd.
