Declan, our founder is a Multi Award Winning business leader in the fields of Safety, Health, Environment & Quality. Declan has over 18 years’ global experience managing HSEQ in Construction, Renewables, Food, Utilities, Manufacturing, Logistics, Energy and Oil & Gas. He likes to claim his best experience comes from ‘working’ on roofs or the family farm in his younger days.

Declan is passionate about improving safety and system performance within companies. His focus is innovating business systems through a People-Centric approach to maximise performance.

Something that you might not know about Declan is that Thursday night is his favourite time of the week. Thursday night involves Red Wine & Sopranos (Summer) or Mad Men (Winter). All 3 get better with age
